An R Interface for Ribo Files

The ribor package provides an R Interface for .ribo files. It provides functionality to read the .ribo file, which is of HDF5 format, and performs common analyses on its contents.

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "4.5") and enter:


if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install(version='devel')

BiocManager::install("ribor")

For older versions of R, please refer to the appropriate Bioconductor release.
