RUVnormalize
This package is for version 3.18 of Bioconductor; for the stable, up-to-date release version, see RUVnormalize.
RUV for normalization of expression array data
Bioconductor version: 3.18
RUVnormalize is meant to remove unwanted variation from gene expression data when the factor of interest is not defined, e.g., to clean up a dataset for general use or to do any kind of unsupervised analysis.

Installation
To install this package, start R (version "4.3") and enter:
if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
install.packages("BiocManager")
BiocManager::install("RUVnormalize")
