Export plotting files to the xmapBridge for visualisation in X:Map

xmapBridge can plot graphs in the X:Map genome browser. This package exports plotting files in a suitable format.

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "4.1") and enter:

if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("xmapbridge")

For older versions of R, please refer to the appropriate Bioconductor release.
