Tools for HELP data analysis

The package contains a modular pipeline for analysis of HELP microarray data, and includes graphical and mathematical tools with more general applications.

To install this package, start R (version "4.1") and enter:

if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("HELP")
