Creating R Connection with Google Cloud Storage

Bioconductor version: Release (3.13)

Create R 'connection' objects to google cloud storage buckets using the Google REST interface. Both read and write connections are supported. The package also provides functions to view and manage files on Google Cloud.

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "4.1") and enter:

if (!requireNamespace("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("GCSConnection")

For older versions of R, please refer to the appropriate Bioconductor release.
