An R interface to the Ontology Lookup Service

The rols package is an interface to the Ontology Lookup Service (OLS) to access and query hundred of ontolgies directly from R.

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "4.0") and enter:

if (!requireNamespace("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("rols")

For older versions of R, please refer to the appropriate Bioconductor release.
