flowQB test and example data files

The flowQBData package provides data files used as examples and for testing of the software provided in the flowQB package.

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "3.6") and enter:

if (!requireNamespace("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("flowQBData")

For older versions of R, please refer to the appropriate Bioconductor release.
